Navy Mutual Aid Association Serves Those Who Serve
Navy Mutual provides life insurance and annuity products to military members and their families. We also assist service members and their survivors in securing federal benefits to which they are legally entitled, and provide education about matters of financial security, which are specifically tailored to the military member and family.
Navy Mutual is a non-profit, federally tax-exempt, mutual benefit veteran service organization, which was established in 1879 by service members for the purpose of providing financial protection to service members and their families.

Giving Back to the Community We Serve
- Terminal Illness Options Counseling - We provide counseling to sea service families (regardless of membership) without charge or obligation, when the active duty military member is diagnosed with a terminal illness. We present the financial options to the survivors of those who die during active duty versus those who die in retirement. We give an explanation of various benefit election options available under both scenarios.
- Help for Sea Service Families In Need - Ever mindful of our stewardship of the funds you have entrusted to us, we share your blessings by helping sea services members and their families in times of need by contributing to the Toys for Tots program and the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society on an annual basis.
